Delete your account — Nurelio Pet

In Nurelio Pet (PrettyLights Software), you only need an account for Premium and the family. Here's how to delete it along with all data on our server:

In the app

1. Open Nurelio Pet and tap More at the bottom.
2. Tap Premium.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm with Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email us at PrettyLightsSoftware@gmail.com with the email address of your account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm this to you.

What gets deleted

• your account (email address or Google/Apple identifier, display name, Premium status),
• all data synced to our server, pet photos, push tokens and reminder schedules,
• your ratings and your feedback.

What remains

• The data on your device and your backup in iCloud or Google Drive — you manage these yourself.
• If you are a member of a family, your entries (e.g. doses given with your display name) remain in that family's shared data. If you are the owner, the family is dissolved; the other members keep only the data on their devices.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — please cancel it in the App Store or on Google Play. Purchase receipts held by Apple, Google and our subscription service provider RevenueCat are subject to their statutory retention obligations.
• Anonymous usage counts are not linked to your account; they are deleted after 180 days (see the Privacy Policy).
